Premium Extended 12-Month Repair Warranty

Coverage Period
The “Warranty,” referred to as the Premium Extended 12-Month Repair Warranty for device Repairs, is offered by SaveMyDevice (referred to as the “Provider”) to individuals who have purchased the repair service (referred to as the “Customer”). This Warranty remains valid for 12 months from the conclusion of the initial three-month warranty that accompanies the repair.

Covered Equipment
This Warranty covers the device repair service purchased from SaveMyDevice.

Covered Repairs
During the coverage period, the Provider will, at its discretion, repair any covered equipment that becomes defective due to:

• • Normal wear and tear
  • Defective materials

Exclusions
This premium extended repair warranty does not cover damages or defects resulting from the following:

• • Accidental damage, abuse, misuse, or neglect
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Failure to follow the manufacturer’s maintenance and care guidelines
  • Loss or theft of the covered equipment
  • Acts of nature or other unforeseeable events

Claim Procedure
In the event of a covered equipment repair failure, the Customer must:

• • Contact the Provider at extended.warranty@savemydevice.co.uk
  • Provide proof of purchase
  • Describe the issue in detail

The Provider will then arrange for the repair of the covered equipment.

Repairs
The Provider will make reasonable efforts to repair the covered equipment. In cases where repair is not feasible, the Provider will promptly inform you and arrange for the return of the device.

Postage
The customer is responsible for covering any postage expenses related to sending their device for repairs under the premium extended warranty coverage.

Transferability
This warranty is non-transferable to a new owner.

Cancellation
The Customer may cancel this premium extended repair warranty within 5 working days of purchase, and a full refund will be provided. After this period, the warranty is non-cancelable and non-refundable.

Limitation of Liability
The Provider’s liability under this warranty is limited to the cost of repairing the covered equipment. The Provider shall not be liable for any consequential or incidental damages.

Governing Law
This Warranty is subject to the legal jurisdiction of the United Kingdom, and any disputes arising from it will be resolved in the relevant courts within the United Kingdom.

Entire Agreement
This Warranty constitutes the entire understanding between the Provider and the Customer regarding the extended 12-month repair warranty for repair services, superseding any prior discussions or agreements.

By purchasing this premium extended 12-month repair warranty and repair service from SaveMyDevice and agreeing to it, they acknowledge their acceptance of the terms and conditions specified in this warranty.
